Iapos;m getting a bit excited now. Iapos;m going to watch a football match this afternoon Aston Villa vs Portsmouth, at Villa Park. Kickoff is at 3pm, but my friend D from work is picking me up at around 1.45. Weapos;ll drive part of the way, then jump on the bus to the ground and meet the rest of the gang from work. I have been to a match at Villa Park, but it was a long long time ago; maybe around 1980. I think it was a youth cup final match, and someone in the know at work tells me that Villa won the youth cup final around that time, so the timing matches up. Work this week was pretty much back to normal. Iapos;ve had my Christmas leave authorised, and mom and sis know about it, so Iapos;ll be going up there for Christmas and New Year. Iapos;ve started my Christmas shopping, which is good for me, and most of it so far has been done online, which I love, coz I hate traipsing round the shops.
So, football this afternoon, shopping this morning, and Iapos;ll be knackered tomorrow. Also my back has been playing up a lot this week, so I donapos;t imagine going to the match will help that. Never mind, Iapos;ll live
